John McGhie   How to produce a random result   Reading that headline, many documentation managers will be pinching themselves and hoping it was all a nasty nightmare.  The cynical amongst us may be thinking their staff has no trouble achieving such a result, and need no extra coaching.

However, there is one situation where you not only need a random result, you must be able to guarantee it is statistically valid:  Exam Preparation!

John McGhie   Conditional text in Microsoft Word   In large-scale corporate documentation, we often need to vary parts of the text based upon a variable of some kind, to produce documents customised for multiple products or customers from the same source text.
