A combination of our premium product, and Block Hours, entitles you to the following;

• Generous allocation of Technical Phone Support Calls
• Scheduled On-site Support Calls
• Dedicated Account Manager
• Discounted out of scope rates
• Lower Monthly Costs with Block Hours purchased in addition
• Trouble free IT management, including documentation, support and maintenance.

We first recommend that customers engage us with Block Hours - this will better familiarise us with your network, and you with our technicians.
