Bronze Managed Network Services
A combination of our premium product, and Block Hours, entitles you to the following;
- Generous allocation of Technical Phone Support Calls
- Scheduled On-site Support Calls
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Discounted out of scope rates
- Lower Monthly Costs with Block Hours purchased in addition
- Trouble free IT management, including
documentation, support and maintenance.
